Raymond Hotel Old City

Staff - very helpful. Location - close to the main attractions, tram station, restorants, piers,...The room was clened every day , comfortable bed,...Breakfast was really with variety of pastries,pies, cookies, fruit, diary products, vegetables, ....

The hotel is located near all the attractions we came to see including Topkapi Palace and all the historical mosques from the Ottoman Empire, but also the Grand Bazaar, the dock where all the boats for the tourist city tours are and much more, all not even a 10 minute walk away. We loved it! All of the staff were amazing, they helped us with literally everything including our baggage, our transport to the airport, they served us coffee and tea anytime we would come back to the hotel and they made sure we had the best time there. The rooms were cleaned everyday with no exception, we would get fresh towels, sheets, everything on a daily basis. The hotel itself is nice, even if there was anything that might’ve bothered us (and there really wasn’t) it wouldn’t matter amongst all the good things. We really cannot wait to come there again.

Wonderful breakfast spread and friendly staff. They arranged airport transport and held bags after check out. View from roof and restaurant is wonderful and their staff are very attentive. Location is very close to many sites.

Raymond Hotel`s all about welcoming, friendly and professional Desk Team of the hotel, located perfectly in Sirkeci Ebsuud cd.21. It`s in the middle of OLD Istanbul, in the middle of ALL Istanbul. Quick access to Sirkeci Marmaray on Bosphorus, TopKapi, Gulhane, blue Mosque, Sultanahmet, ATMs, Şok Market. Clean room, hot water, good shower, bath amenities, clean towels. Comfort and quiet, good LED TV, bottled water, coffee, tea, kettle. Elevators. Good and diversified breakfast, great tea, excellent brasserie. Abdullah! - always helpful, fast support, never tired. Thank you! And then - Luco Restaurant Rooftop. The view! The decorations! Wonderful cuisine, complex menu, good service. The Chief! Eat there. Daily. 3times per day! add rakia (s). Amazing staff, very welcoming and helpful in providing map and information of local attractions. They also helped sort out our taxi driver who was trying to rip us off. The rooms were tidy and excellent air conditioning for the heat. Great location, close to many attractions at walking distance. Good spread for breakfast amd lovely roof top restaurant.
